Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tubrotax,intuitive Easy to follow instructions! Been using the service for years now an well it hasn't changed much since first I tried it out, even tho my tax situations change year after year! Never had the opportunity to speak to a TurboTax tax representative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review The processing each year gets better and better. Knowingly, the fact that TurboTax makes processing easier, simpler, and convenient. This year's process was a bit longer for me this time around, but I was able to get questions answered, find information with the search function, and I was able to get multiple files automatically pulled. I can proudly say I'm a satisfied and happy customer. I'll be continuing to use TurboTax with all of the upcoming Tax filing years in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great but the payment part.... I love filing taxes myself. But every year I get to the payment part and it is very confusing. It makes you enter in your credit card information and never tells you how much it is going to charge you. It also NEVER gives you an itemized breakdown of the costs. It always has hidden wording to try and lure you to buy more or "add-on". I like the service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! This isn't the first time I've used Turbo Tax for filing my income taxes but the cost has gone up and I wasn't pleased with that. Although, filing taxes is easy through Turbo Tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sneaky Payment Options Overall I think the product is great and easy to use. I don't even mind the frequent badgering to upgrade to a more expensive option. My only complaint is when they give you the option to pay using your refund, it doesn't mention that this costs an extra $39. It's not until several screens later where you have to unhide the details in order to see this. I fall for this every year and have to spend extra time going back to change the payment option when they should have been up front with the costs in the first place.
