Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unsure if this was the right choice Paid $118 to file taxes. Initially rejected. Tried to submit again on Tax Day. I'm not sure what the consequence of that is - is it considered late if I get rejected? No real guidance from TurboTax on this

Rated 3 out of 5 by from EASY TO USE BUT CHEESY IF YOU WANT TO DOWNGRADE I thought I might need the premium, but when I was almost done i realized I only needed the deluxe. Deluxe is half the price. I was informed on TT I had to ERASE MY RETURN and start over if I wanted to downgrade. There should be a warning about this early on. Absolute nonsense way to do business!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Tool, but FRUSTRATING to finish! Everything was fine entering info, getting the best return, etc. And then I tried to pay the $25 fee to file my State return on my credit card. Not only could I not enter any information as a "guest", I also couldn't enter my login to my intuit account (the other suggested way to enter credit card info to complete the purchase). So I paid the $25 PLUS an additional $40 processing fee - which went through quickly. Seems pretty suspicious to me that I could easily pay with the fee but not with my credit card.
