She was very professional, courtesy, and patience with me to understand the problem I was having with the Turbo Tax Deluxe program I was using. Bottom line up front, Yvonne help me resolve my discrepancies with my mortgage interest in a satisfactory manner. I was "Well Please" with the final results. I will share that it save me over $400 in tax credits. Yes, I intends to be a returning customer next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I'm sad I have to purchase for each family member! I LOVE using Turbo Tax, and have been doing my taxes for 15 years on my own- with Turbo Tax. But this year, instead of buying ONE product on CD... I have to buy it for me and for each of my sons... :-( Sad. Not a savings like I had always counted on. We only paid for the filing separately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I started with H&R Block and ended with TurboTax I started with H&R Block Tax software. I have been using them for over 5 years. I had difficulty with the H& R Block software and with their instructions, and could not remove product choices, without dumping my entire return entries. I moved to Turbotax and had no difficulties with their software or instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Give Your the Most I admittedly did my taxes on Credit Karma but decided to file on TurboTax to see the difference. TurboTax ended up getting me over $2000 more than Credit Karma. I love them and find it cheap for their services since they typically give you a nice discount. Thank you!
