Rated 4 out of 5 by from Error on IP PIN. I sent my taxes multiple times, and the same error with PIN. Found out it was looking for an IP PIN. I went to the forms and tried to type it in, but that did not work. I finally typed IP PIN in the search and it allowed me to add it. Found that IP PIN and PIN are two different numbers. I did not get a prompt for this new number though, but I just sent my taxes again. Hopefully it goes through.

They explained every step and was patient with me for my lack on knowledge on the topic. I wouldn't have been able to get through this season with out them :)
