Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad It use to be easy to do my taxes with turbo tax. Now it takes 3 time longer to do it. Getting into the system is really hard. Try to look up last year taxes, and it was not there. This was a Free payed tax prep and it cost me $ 129. I hate Turbo Tax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome with problems. Love Turbo until the end. Paying is stressful because I put down my AGI from the previous year (from the taxes) and it won't be accepted and then I get into a big hassle with Intuit and have to keep getting passwords and new passwords....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Awesome!!! I would definitely recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who is needing to file their taxes. This is the first year I've done my taxes on my own and I was intimidated at first thinking it was going to be a difficult process. Upon filing them, I was awaiting its acceptance. Unfortunately, mine were rejected. It was expected because like I had mentioned, this was my first time doing it with no compete help whatsoever, even though Turbo Tax offers Live Help anytime of any day. When I saw why it was rejected, I clicked the link that sent me to the IRS website, and upon entering the site, I obtained the exact piece of information that was missing on Turbo Tax which had caused my taxes to be rejected in the first place. I put in the piece of information that was missing, and just like that, I completed my taxes. It wasn't as tough as I thought it was going to be. Everything was self explanatory and if you didn't know or understand something, there is always someone to help. It ended up being easy peasy.... I love Turbo Tax and will definitely be back again next year to complete my taxes on my own again. Thank you Turbo Tax for being Turbo Awesome and becoming my go to Tax Filing company for future returns.
