Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overcharged for basic services and no help I had to pay to file for having a 1095-A form, and I was forced into having no other upgrade option other than the assisted deluxe package. The only person I called for help under the "assistant" was intuit to return this service that I did not want. I ended up paying more than I got back for taxes for a service I didn't want to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good - feel dooped this year After using the product for many years and needing to upgrade. This year my taxes are straight foward. I got to the end only to find I had to pay $179. I called to ask why, and while the products says x,y,z, the rep. said it was based on the forms. I understood what the rep said, but that's not how the charge at the end read. The item charge should state that. The rep. said I could go back and start over and see if I could clear it out, as my history had me using this product, less the upgrades I've historically signed up. I decided not to, just in in the name of time.
