Rated 3 out of 5 by from My returns were not e-filed as expectexd I completed my tax returns on April 19th and submitted the information to pay my taxes as well. The same day I paid turbo tax to e-file my returns. I realized the funds were not taken from my account for the taxes owed. I went into my account and found they were never filed. Now they are late and I BLAME TURBO TAX. I printed my completed returns that day. My bank account information was already in the program that I entered to pay my tax bill but your service DID NOT E-File my returns so payment is now late too as well as my filing. I am so MAD!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax works! I’m always nervous about filling my returns. Three separate issues had me confused and worried that I would miss an important question. I hit the chat square and received a quick call and spoke to agents who understood my question and knew the correct way to enter the information. I always find the reviews difficult because my financial information is automatically entered and I don’t always understand many of the questions asked. Last September I received an income tax due notice from CA Franchise Tax Board. I paid it, but I have no idea what the problem was. Paying taxes should not be so difficult, Thank God Turbo Tax is here to help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still Way Too Pushy! When is this company going to learn that "NO MEANS NO!" They keep pushing us to purchase things we don't want or need, and stuffing their commercials into the tax preparation process which is already extremely annoying. We had to say "NO" three times to the same thing, which is three times more than in previous years. If this continues, we are gonna find a different tax preparation company soon!
