Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed Review Last year I was able to file for free I also made more income and had nearly the same extra information to file. Yet, this year I ended up feeling like I was being forced to use the paid option to file this year, and I still do not fully understand why. I understand things change, but this one felt like being pressured to do so. I'm just curious as to what has changed in the policy to institute a near $40 expense, plus e-filing to which has two separate information boxes on the drop-down explanation widget, and all three boxes along the row say the same thing though one has a fee and the other does not. I still like the ease of using the TurboTax program gives, free or otherwise because it's still cheaper than going to a tax rep. I just have questions on what seems to have been changed to the policy in the past year. Still a good service, just a caught off-balance, that's why I rated three stars out of five this year.
