Rated 2 out of 5 by from A shadow of its former self. I'd been using TT for almost 40 years. I bought the CD. Installed it. And did all the returns for my family. Now I am fighting with an app. Tripping up on little things. Last year's AGI is not accepted, even though I am copying direct from last year's return. The software has stopped being a program to help taxpayers and morphed into a screening tool for the IRS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax User for over 20 years I have used Turbo Tax for more years that I can remember. I have used both the Personal and my Business taxes with Turbo Taxes. I must like it if I am still using it for over 20 years. Thee only problem I have is some items are not clear in the instructions or explanations. I don't want to take the time for a phone call or chat and would prefer having a place to go to with my question by just typing it in and get a question answered in a fairly reasonable time. I have grown kids and in 2018 closed my businesses due to illness, and am retired. I feel well enough now so I may pick up a client or two this year, so may file Schedule C for 2023. Just enough work to keep me active and involved.
