Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overall Awful Experience As a regular individual Turbotax user, this was so much more frustrating and difficult. This is very clunky and I lost so much time that I ultimately ended up filing past the deadline! Better than nothing, but this program needs work.

I had to print it, scan it, attach it to my email, upload it onto the Dell and then go through to find where I can attach it. May seem simple but it certainly is not simple for everybody.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from FIRST TIME USE IT WAS OK I was not sure about 2021 taxes because it was complicated however, I did not find the experts much of a help as they were not very knowledgable. I expected a bit more but I guess you get what you pay for.
