Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great service! The agents are extremely helpful. The service is so much more cheaper than going with an independent consultant. If you are IT savvy, this is the way to go. Olufunso has been a great help to me especially since mine was a bit complicated. His patience and knowledge was very valuable. I will be requesting his services again next year. What more can you ask for!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not have a good experience I have used turbotax for many years, this year I decided to use the expert file my tax option. It was a BIG mistake. I was assigned to a tax professional and uploaded the required documents, I got a message on a Friday that there was correspondence from turbo tax. I had a family emergency and could not check the message until Sunday evening. When I logged on, all my stuff had disappeared. I was in a state of panic since it was the weekend prior to the tax deadline. I called turbotax and after an extensive wait, about 1.5 hours I spoke to a customer associate who tried to help but told me I would need to call back Monday since Tax associates were not available. I got a hold of someone early Monday morning and was told that I would have to file an extension! I was so upset, I have never had to do that in the past. She could not tell me what happened to my taxes. I would love to give feed back to someone verbally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very easy to use turbo tax prompts you for questions that will help you to prepare an accurate tax return and helps you to save money by finding deductions that you probably didn't think of. Great Software. The only way to file your tax returns!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from scammy you say there is still a free version but there isnt you try to collect more charges every year i say in five yrs or less you will be replaced by a tax helper that is what you used to be last year i will be filing with intuit or turbo tax
