Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is pretty simple to use. I think that Turbo Tax is a great program and the LIVE tax expert resource is a plus. I do feel the cost is a bit pricey as I know Tax Preparers who charge about the same amount, now granted, Turbo Tax is more convenient in terms of not having to get into the cars etc but I do (sorry) feel that the cost could be shaved down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Been using Turbo for many years. CD not good. Purchased the CD Premier version, very unhappy. Tried to load on another computer, could not get it to work. Keep saying already installed! Per instructions, can load on up to 5 computers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Intiut really screwed up big time! I updated to QB online this year to streamline my bookkeeping process. Little did I know that QB Online is not compatible with TT Desktop. I had to spend hours troubleshooting at my own expense. Then had to pay my bookkeeper more hours to covert my files, send me a copy. Then I had to download the trial version of QB just to convert it all to TT. The same developer!!! If there is ever a competitor for your services I will switch in a heart beat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every Year it improves I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I like the product. This year, I think the walk through and questions were better than previous years. I only had to "Google" one thing - which I found on a Turbo Tax community site. Everything else was very well explained within Turbo Tax. Well done!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax could be better tax return prep has gotten too time consuming and Turbo Tax is not as helpful in quickly getting the job done as it was in the past. Additionally, a waste of time resulted form a poor hand shake between It's Deductible and Turbo Tax.
