Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with my recent TurboTax experience. There was an issue that I couldn't figure out how to correct. Milynn from TurboTax identified the problem and fixed it. She patiently walked me through all the steps and, at my request, stayed on the line viewing my screen until we were able to complete the process and e-file. My impression is that she is super experienced and a great problem solver. A weight has been lifted off our shoulders and because of her, I will use TurboTax for our 2023 return!

Needed to download 2021 tax return - kept tying to sell me new products and telling me to check my internet connection - come on Intuit you know what you are doing PLEASE stop it and make it at least as easy to access previous data as it is sign up for next year's product.
