Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is an easy way to do my taxes I enjoy using turbo tax because they talk you through every step and give explanations for the parts you are confused on. I like how I can transfer my info from last year and now take pictures/upload pictures of my W-2's to make the process even quicker. I'd recommend it to anyone.

But the fact you want to upcharge for every little extra thing makes it feel more and more like a sale than what you advertise it to be. Especially the fact that we have to upgrade in order to add our deductions for the self employed. That should be illegal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is horrible Most frustrating program Ive ever used. Charged me when I already paid $85 for the softwre and charged $179, for Premium and I didn't need Premium! The forms wouldnt except the information, and wouldnt allow you to change it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax will charge you as much as possible Turbotax will gladly stick you with the premium version and charge you $120 for something that should be free or cheap. Once you get to the end, the only way to switch to the basic version is to clear the whole thing and start again. As if they couldn't just switch over, all the same info is already there. But they know you won't spend another 1.5 hours to save $60.
