Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2022 is buggie during the filing process Had some issues (failed error message) uploading my return from my desktop; I had to uninstall TurboTax 2022 and reinstall it in order to get the upload process working. And afterwards, I had issues with a white blank window when paying to upload the state tax return. Terrible, terrible experience! Especially during the rush to submit my return on the last day of filing! I know, I procrastinated... but it's because I owe Uncle Sam $$$.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality is DOWN!!! This product was simple to understand & transparent. Now it is confusing & it's impossible to use. My 1099-R didn't have a box 16 but the system demanded that i input a value!!!

However, this year turbotax charged me for something I had the option to opt out of. It asked if I wanted to add an extra benefit for $44. Then it asked for me to agree or not. I said not agree. It still charged me anyways. I tried to go back and remove it, it still did not let me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from COMPLEX & DIFFICULT BECOMES SIMPLE & EASY Found and helped correct several nit-picky errors and typos! Explanations are also extremely helpful when trying to figure out what applies to my situation. Less than 3 hours, start to finish!
