Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is pretty good The app handled some pretty complex filings. I had to do 83 manual corrections. But, I believe this was due to TDAmeritrde data transmission.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from How can you forget my 1095? I had all the forms I needed ready to be input into Turbo Tax, and I thought I did them all. Turbo Tax certainly "checked" things for me enough that I felt reassured that I did. Had I not checked my email on the 18th, I would not have seen that my tax return was rejected until it was too late. When I went to fix the mistake I learned that I hadn't included my 1095A form information. When I got to the place to put it in, there was a big "Haven't Started/Needs Review" next to the place for 1095A. That's a pretty BIG omission for something that says it's double and triple checking for things that I still need to input. And then when I did input it, it says that I qualified for further tax breaks. Again....if you double checked, how did you miss that? I marked that I used the Affordable Care act when you asked me....so I guess you didn't double check for further tax breaks that hard?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden fees are dumb, you vampires I just want to say that I'm going to HR block next year. $39 for you to take money out of my return, instead of paying it up front. The only people who opt to pay right away can afford it. It's like a fee on a fee, on the working poor. enraging. My housemate paid $0 through HR block. I'm glad she told me.

With our first child in college and selling a car that we used for business I had a few hiccups that I couldn't figure out and your pros at your 800# were professional and worked with me until I got all my questions answered.
