I have used turbo tax since 2016 and the past two years have had to pay. why are you advertising free and an unproblematic way to file taxes and still require users to pay. were obviously using turbo tax bc we dont want to pay to file taxes on our own money. also the way moving to the next page is set up is really sneaky. If you are not paying attention you just may buy an unnecessary and unneeded "turbo tax package" instead of it being free and easy.

From the moment I started using the platform, I was impressed by its intuitive user interface, which made navigating through the tax filing process feel like a breeze. The software guided me through each step with clarity, ensuring that I was never overwhelmed or confused. One of the standout features of TurboTax Online is its ability to import and autofill information from W-2s and other tax documents, which saved me considerable time and reduced the chances of errors. The platform also offered helpful tips and explanations throughout the process, making it easy for me to understand tax deductions, credits, and other intricacies. My experience with TurboTax Online was nothing short of fantastic. The platform's ease of use and crystal-clear guidance made tax filing a hassle-free task, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify their tax season.

You can start off with the basic $59 Turbotax fee, but as you continue with the procedure, they're constantly trying to upscale you to a higher rate. I got towards the end, only to discover that my fee doubled with my state taxes, even though my information was already entered in the federal section. At the end, the cost of my federal taxes appeared to have increased, but by then it was really not worth backtracking to determine how and why.
