Being able to upload documents by scanning a QR code and then taking a picture with my phone made the whole process seamless, since I have some physical documents and some electronic documents this year. Wow! Great way to keep up with the integrated technology across platforms.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never use TurboTax software The only thing less painful that using TurboTax might be putting out your own eyes with a particularly dull spoon. If TurboTax just took the language straight from the tax form for the questions they ask rather than using ChatGPT to come up with a more confusing one I might have been able to do my taxes in a decent amount of time and have less issues. Even after my taxes were submitted and then subsequentially rejected by both Federal and State I was never told why by TurboTax. The only option offered was to resubmit after the program fixed the issue. An issue that it never tells you what was wrong in the first place. You then have to go thru readding your credit card info again leaving you to wonder if you are paying twice. It even takes you to Intuit where it has you fill out a payment and they when that is done takes you back to the TT software just to reenter the information again because it doesn't see that you have already connected with Intuit. My wife and I have very straight forward taxes and so far I have received nothing back in the last 3 year of using this software. I even lost my COVID money because of the "Line 30" issue last year. Even the IRS said that I deserved the $1400 but because of the way TurboTax did things we were told that we actually owed. Never use this software.
