Rated 2 out of 5 by from Now the second year in a row that eFiling failed! I tired to efile last year, and after multiple failures had to submit paper documents. This year, we have already started racking up the error messages. Pretty soon, there will be no reason to continue paying for turbo tax if it cant finish the job.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees and Clarity I think you should mention the RPS fee at the beginning of the process. All fees in general should be said up front even if they are not used. I was upset to find out that I had to pay an additional $40 to get my money via direct deposit. You also shouldn't prompt people to buy the upgraded service. If your system is smart enough to file my taxes then it should also be smart enough to determine if I NEED to pay for extra services. Your fees suck, bottom line, and they need to be more upfront
