Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Features and Service I had a problem with e-filing and never was able to. TurboTax stole my money and didn't provide me a refund even though you couldn't E-File. Yes, i appealed and was denied which means you management are okay with getting paid for services not rendered. No can tell me why even i couldn't, even though i called several times. Also, as for features, combine the total tax i pay in the Summary - Tax History, not just my Federal. This is a no brainer. Your fee's are getting to high with worse service. I'm taking by business else where next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great other than entering multiple SE types The "experts" I called were not experts on the product or needed entries. When I tried to enter multiple 1099-NECs, I got different instructions from different experts; neither of which really helped or answered my question.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Where's the automated calculations? At this stage, Turbo Tax should be automatically calculated in related areas based on what is being inputted into the system. When checking over things and being asked to update information, it is hard to figure out if things are correct if there is no synopsis of what is entered, or even a clear explanation. The explanation provided is not cleared. Also, being a customer for many years, at this stage, more information should be saved an automatically updated. Its annoying going over this and retyping basic information every year. Also, TurboTax should really do a better job in highlighting tax breaks.

Called Customer service and was told to buy the download product for another $ 100 and then they would refund the internet product. Did not get the refund.
