Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees are annoying Good--good deal overall; was quick and kept it simple; I liked the option to go through all the items or to choose particular ones. The list price should be what it costs; I paid $60 at the store; not cool that there were another $60 worth of hidden fees; it also seems overly eager to add "Audit Defense" to my account which I don't want.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Does Not Handle Option-writing Well I wasted an hour confirming that the cost basis is zero for the options I wrote. The cost basis is always zero, as far as I know, for options I write.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very user-friendly and simple. Turbo Tax asks the right question to make you think of all tax-related events that could have occurred throughout the tax year. I was able to find more tax savings just by answering the questions. The tax experts were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Turbo Tax for those who don't know much about taxes.
