Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great product. the system is well organized and it allowed me to enter my information daily. In addition, I had questions and was able to speak with a tax advisor in less than three minutes! That's awesome client service!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works pretty well but always needs work I like that if I used TT each year it will import data from the previous year and that's a time saver. This year I used a new feature where you take a photo of a W-2 and it enters the data for you. Suppose to be a time saver and more accurate, except it did not enter all the data that was in the boxes and there was an error. Also, there was an error from two years ago where I now have to pay about $700 plus interest.
