Rated 1 out of 5 by from Payment Methods I did not realize that I could skip the 39$ processing fee if I paid with a card instead of having it deducted from my refund. This needs to be very obvious when the options are presented. Turbotax makes it a point to present the filer with its various products every step of the way, so the 39$ fee should be presented in the same fashion. I wish I could change the payment method.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Taxes are easy I used to go to a walk in place for my taxes and it seemed to take several hours and cost a fortune. Turbo tax has made it easy to do my taxes from the comfort of my own home and it doesn't break the bank.

Animations to show that the software is "working" feel unnecessary and time consuming. Filing took way too many clicks and lots of attempts to upsell me on things I did not want and had already indicated. I was asked for a lot of a disclosures in what felt like very misleading methods in an effort to get me to sign things I should not. Does a good job of saving state.
