Rated 4 out of 5 by from It makes it easy,but too pushy for products It makes the process simple and it has good interactive features. The money grabbing continue pushing to buy products|features it is too much. To the point of being annoying. I will be looking into alternatives. The cost of the product has been continuously increased. The additions and improvements don't justify the extra cost. However, once you start you are most likely to stay on the product seems you don't want to waste the time invested. Third party product pushing even until the last minute, extra consulting etc., makes the look cheap, like desperate for income.. It is a shame it could be a great product without all these low practice strategies

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A tried and true website--will use in the future TT is relatively easy to use and it's cheaper than hiring someone. I have found I can do my own taxes, without any problems, using this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what it used to be Turbo Tax has become less user friendly. they now charge for any help that you need, and are constantly trying to sell you more(like making it hard to print your State return so that you will pay the $25 to efile it), i used to use the H&R Block program and switched to Turbo Tax because it also became harder to use, I will look at other programs next year, I just want to do my taxes, and then file them, without jumping through hoops

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Taxes, Extremely Pushy Business Practices The tax prep side was great - the business side? Tons of dark patterns, upselling, etc. If there was another product like it on the market, that had the UX (or if the IRS runs its own website) I'd use it in a heartbeat
