Rated 4 out of 5 by from Font size too small I have been using TurboTax since 1997. It is a great product overall. However, there is no way to increase the text size for people whose vision is getting worse. There is a limited scaling for the Forms view, but the EasyStep view is always at the same size. TurboTax shouldd do better for its more semior users.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX SIMPLE AND QUICK BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR YEARS . I HAVE A SIMPLE RETURN AND FINISHED WITHIN 2 HRS. AFTER 10 YEARS NEVER HAD AN AUDIT OR PROBLEM WITH ANY OF MY RETURNS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problems haven't encountered in prior years I'm a big fan of Turbo Tax, having used them for more than a decade. But I had some odd issues this year that haven't occurred in prior years. Periodically, it just wouldn't let me type in a field that I should have been able to type in, or it wouldn't let me scroll down (the continue and next buttons are always off the screen on my laptop). If I'd save and get out of Turbo Tax, sometimes I could come back in a few hours and be able to type or scroll where previously I could not, but sometimes it would take days. I also file for my sister and mother and when I tried to file for them, I couldn't type in the payment field to pay for the state filing. I eventually had to call and they were very helpful to get me through the process, but they need to fix whatever bug is causing this problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything is great but.... Everything was great and I was able to finish tax return without any help but there were so many "Need to Review" items for form 1099-B. Turbotax was unable to identify items from Robinhood 1099-b form correctly and I had to correct almost all line items (select cost basis as 0.00 for all stock sells manually)
