Rated 3 out of 5 by from I only use Turbo Tax, but... Turbo Tax has always been my go-to for all my tax purposes. H and R Block is cheaper, but the user interface isn't very helpful. The only downside of Turbo Tax is that Turbo Tax Business is a "Windows" only download. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year due to this fact, and will be hiring a CPA. This was such a hassle to find a PC this year, that I will not be pursuing Turbo Tax as a customer in my 2023 business taxes. Unless Intuit listens to this, and makes a MAC version of the Business Software.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading and Unfriendly You waited for 2 hours into filing my taxes (until I was almost done) to inform me that I would have to upgrade in order to file. I didn't make enough in stocks to cover your upgrade. You put the details about your "convivence" charge for credit cards in the fine print and I almost missed it. My last year with TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fees for anything more than basic or state e-file I wanted to learn more about IRS rules but was forwarded to the online tax service and asked to pay $129 for information. Can't do the forms by hand anymore so the software is absolutely necessary.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FIRST TIME USING Person on the line was very helpful. I got an error back and the person was able to help me find the mistake and fix it. I say it was great, A little pricey but what isn't these days. That person wasn't working free, totally recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stop making this service so expensive. The price of your service has been increasing an excessive amount year on year. The service does not get any better to justify the cost. Why are you adding a timer to gamify the experience? Who thought that was a good idea? It just makes me hate TurboTax more. How did that go through that many reviews and get signed off on. I don't want to pay extra for a service that adds features that do not benefit the user at all. I will not be using TurboTax in the future as it the price does not reflect the service accurately.
