Rated 5 out of 5 by from Safe and efficient way to do your own taxes I use TurboTax every year and trust it's system to check my return and answer any questions along the way. I've used the LiveAgent a few times and have had great experiences.

Federal Returns are a Breeze with TurboTax, however I found that the state taxes were more cumbersome and potentially not worth the price of filing due to needing to in forms directly and less helpful prompts. Rachel a Turbo Tax advisor provided some helpful tips and tricks on the state filing issue that I was having.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Price Increase will go somewhere else next year Turbo tax is user friendly and I've been using it for a few years. I like that all my info is already in there making filing easier, but the price increase for what I'm using it for isn't worth it to me. I could have someone file for me do less work for the price I paid this year.
