Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Junk Two years ago turbo tax added143,000,000 million plus to my income, and could not remove it, so i had to do taxes manually. This year i put a withdrawal for a disaster, it did not qualify, but turbo tax could not get rid of the 88.. form requirement after I deleted all income, and started over. Once again Im sending in a paper return. This aint frigging baseball. Im done with tt"s crap product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very awkward product. This was not a good experience. Very poor handling of K-1 information. No help in fixing problems or issues. No clues for common problems. It prevents filing for issues it should help you fix. You should never just say it need to be filled in when there is no information available from those companies.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax review I had trouble with the imports of our 1099-R's. Never had that trouble in the past years, but this year I finally ended up filling in all the boxes by hand. Other years Turbo Tax just imported the information and that was that, done! This year you asked all kinds of questions and I was suppose to sign in to my accounts and then download them. That never happened. Other years was much easier and that was nice. Not so nice this year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy! Sometimes I have terrible tax years, but Turbotax really makes sure everything is checked out and tries their best to get you any tax breaks. I love how user friendly it is and how quick I get it done!
