Rated 4 out of 5 by from Learned a lot! My husband and I used TurboTax for our personal and S Corp taxes this year. We had a pleasant experience considering it was our first time. I learned a lot and I was able to make a lot of adjustments to my books in order for things to go even smoother next year. I loved the walk through tutorials and explanations. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were some things that did not hyperlink to a direct IRS article or TurboTax article. This caused me to have to do some additional research to be sure the information I was entering was accurate. One example of this was the Tax Computation Worksheet. These amounts change each year, so I understand them not being directly listed, but it should hyperlink you to the worksheet and tell you how to read the worksheet. I had to do an external search for this. There were a couple things like that, but overall a great product that I will be using again next year. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to complete It was extremely easy. Just read and answer the questions. They help you print your tax return and then ask you how you want to file. Then they file it for you. An 8 year old can do it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Home & Biz was little help with NOLs TurboTax needs to improve their support of calculating NOLs. There are a lot of us starting up our own businesses & the first few years can easily result in NOLs. I expected TurboTax to do a lot of the heavy lifting vs. me having to pore over IRS Pub 334 & 536 & file out worksheets outside of TurboTax. Also need more direction about which businesses are considered for the QBI deduction & calculation without having to read IRS publications & hoping for the best.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Mac Friendly Business version and state versions are not available for Macs TurboTax software does not allow for gifts of LLC ownership. It can only treat the gift as a sale. LLCs are frequently used to gift ownership for estate planning purposes. This is a significant hole in functionality that could easily be fixed.
