Rated 2 out of 5 by from Printing Forms Hangs the App Printing (or saving as PDF) Federal Forms are fine, but New York State Forms always hangs the app. This printing problem has been there for the past several years, and it seems Intuit has no will or ability to fix it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Fine, but getting worse TurboTax continues to do a good job at explaining tax concepts, but the efforts to "upsell" or "bundle" other Intuit products is becoming a hindrance. Examples include: asking whether I wanted to upgrade to MAX seemingly about a dozen times, including changing where I had to click to continue to just get "regular" TurboTax. Another example was showing a "recommended" way to get a refund was to open a CreditKarma savings account. On top of this, I also ran into an unavoidable error for the first time in about 10 years of using TurboTax when I tried to file RITA taxes and had issues bringing in my W-2 information for some reason. I had to go outside of TurboTax to finish this filing, which made me begin to question whether I needed to pay the $120 for the service and for filing at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I Love Turbotax All has gone well. This years return was complicated. Wife decided to work part time, had a solar system installed and like last year, my return was rejected. Turbo tax alerted me and I fixed the problem. Don't make a mistake with your SSN. I didn't discover it 'til this year. A problem to me was that when I corrected my return I was unable to review my correction. Don't know why, Perhaps because I printed my incorrect return and turbo tax doesn't let another printing or even review. The "corrected?" returns were again e-filed. I'll soon know if all is now O.K. Should have been a 2 where a 4 was.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool Helps With Tax Breaks and Deductions Was going to use EZ tax return to file since it's free but there's no way on my own I would have gotten the tax breaks and deductions found for me by TurboTax. Still, 178 for price is a bit hefty but since they saved me more than I thought I would I guess it makes up for it.
