Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of bugs and poor customer service with some Encountered numerous cryptic error messages and when reviewing the final return I saw what appears to be missing information and Turbotax "product support" failed to help (and some didn't even try, my last call was the best with Charlene). I kept being told we're product support, for tax questions upgrade to talking to a tax advisor. I didn't have tax questions, I just wanted an explanation of the error message on screen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointed for the first year since using I made sure not to upgrade as we sold our house and everything that we own, At the end I feel like I got tricked into paying $205.55 when I did not utilize any of the upgrades. It was not an option not to pay it.
