Rated 3 out of 5 by from PDF Import error Used PDF import feature to import a W2. Caught an error in the imported number for state income (Box 16). Process changed a "7" to a "2". A difference of $50,000. If I didn't catch this this error my state income would have been under reported by $50,000.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from State tax relief for retired military not prompted State tax relief for retired military was not prompted in the state input. Had to separately search to see if it was automatically inputed into State from Federal or not. Turns out you need to manually input. No obvious way to see what is happening until you can print out the State form and realize it is not automatic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tonya was VERY HELPFUL! I have never used the tax expert option before. I am glad I did! Tonya was extremely helpful! I couldn't figure out why I was getting an error, she reviewed the data I entered and found the error. She corrected it, and checked the return and everything went through! It would have taken me hours to figure out what I had entered incorrectly.
