Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Misled Me on my 20% discount The Filing was great. I like that you can link your accounts and TT downloads it and automatically populates on your return status and makes everything easy. However the ONLY thing that upset me was the obvious surprise price hike and the "20% discount offer" I was emailed but NEVER was able to access it. I tried several times clicking straight from my email offer but the price never changed. I then thought maybe the discount would apply during payment but never did. The discount would of take me back down to what I'm used to paying but the discount NEVER applied itself during checkout. And if this discount was not available for my account then why send it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax, we love ! you may only provide online , because I used turbotax over 20 years, previous used CD bought from Costco, but no CD player to work with it, so I changed to online, tried previous loss especially stock loss, can not . Online is much much better since you can help us to remember previous. Thanks
