Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buggy software!!! No back buttons when you get to the end. Tells me I have an error and need to add Schedule C. When I double click schedule C it does nothing!! I did a search and used Jump to schedule C. Kicked me back to the very beginning. I changed my expenses and prevented me from needing Form C.I believe you are making users purchase the expensive version thinking we don't know what we doing. This app is really beginning to be crap! Used to be great app. Been using TT for over 20 years.

But should have access to all forms that will be used/transmitted with return BEFORE you get to the filling/paying stage. Specifically, you should be able to look at the results in all IRS forms before proceeding to payment. A forms section that you could access at any time with you info would be very beneficial.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was mislead I was told that my filing would be free. It was not free. I spend a lot of time trying to figure out why I was told it was free originally, and basically, I was told that the person who helped me made a mistake. So, I had to pay for their mistake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 Suggesting Turbotax premium and not giving any other options for my tax return is not good. My tax returns are vey simple this year. Hence the price I paid feels expensive. Navigating the features did not sound intutive and keep getting doubts. I am not getting convinced that it's working on getting max refund.
