They have added way too many click ads that you have to go through for their advanced services. You can't just say no I don't want them once,. You have to do it multiple times. Secondly last year I clicked A discount link through my work to get $20 off on my tax returns and at the end of the taxes I did not get the money off,. I contacted customer service and was told because I had already started my text return before. I used the link that I could not get the discount. OK no problem. But this year I made sure that when I got the email from work. I clicked the link prior to starting my taxes. . Upon completion of my Texas I went to pay and they still did not give me my $20 off.My taxes cost me a $119 a year to file, every year , they were supposed to give me was 20 dollars off , i wasted 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. They told me that they just don't know and they can't give me the discount. so turbotax has lost a very long time customer who pays lots of money every year and they did it all because of twenty bucks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax sucks I cant even view the return i created because the window doesn't ever load the return. This program sucks. It also doesn't correctly tabulate everything. I had a combined 1099DIV and 1099B, and I had to manually enter it otherwise I'd have lost some money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for most aspects, not investments Investments is absolutely ridiculous. Very frustrating. My paperwork says I don't have to enter dates but TurboTax made me enter them anyway. And all for investments that were less than $1 each!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality Degraded from past years I have been using TurboTax to do my taxes for last 10-15 years. However, I have noticed considerable degradation in their quality over last 2-3 years. This year, step-by-step guidance on Credits and Deductions was erroneous. It never guided through eligibility of each deduction but rather left it on user to determine. Secondly, in property taxes section, there was no way to specify a situation where I have a paid-property in other state that I do not typically reside. There are many other issues I encountered in entering education loan.
