Rated 3 out of 5 by from State returns issue Up on review of my state returns, the application would tell me that there is an issue that I need to look at. I would say return to the issue so I can look at it and it would show it on the screen but not take me to where the issue actually is so I can fix it. I attempted multiple times over multiple days to get back to the point where I actually can fix what needed to be fixed, to no result. For the issue itself, it states that my occupation has too many characters which is ridiculous because my occupation is my occupation, so that’s a moot point. , to no result. For the issue itself, it states that my occupation has too many characters which is ridiculous because my occupation is my occupation, so that’s a mute point. Whatever I put in for the occupation is what the occupation is. So, ultimately, I decided to just send my federal return and print my state return so that I could stop wasting my time attempting to get the application to let me go back to observe the error that was presented.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from help me out its been great every year since ive been using this. it use to be free since i signed up as a veteran. i wish that would have stayed. bring it back. i would give you 5 stars but with that free service for veterans and the price. the price tag definitely brings down my refund. oh well. other than that, simple, easy to use for people who dont have much to file and what not. hopefully next year i can bump up it up to 3 stars. thank you and god bless!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's fairly straightforward and easy to use I liked it apart from it forcing me to do the state tax return at the end and would not allow me to complete the federal return without the state one and charging me for it after I had already paid for the federal return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This year Turbo Tax was jacked up. First off it kept pulling in forms the were relevant last year not this year. There for I did not have these forms for 2022 or 2023. & I saw no way to delete them. 2 of the 3 went away on their own. The 3rd one kept coming back over & over wasting my time. At the end Turbo Tax claimed I had a problem & didn't finish filing last years taxes. When I did file through Turbo Tax. It was rejected do to a mistake on one of the forms. After I fixed it & refiled with TT it was excepted.
