Also, at one point, after e-filing my federal it said I was done with taxes, even though I had not yet printed my state return. Turbo needs to stop trying to get one to e-file state by making it difficult to do so. State e-filing should be included given the price of Turbo Tax!

I pressed a button to confirm covid payment and tax was immediately reduced by half. Filed and everything ok. Later received letter from IRS that I owed the other half. I paid and case closed.

Penalties appear without explanation, and without a form to reference. Once I went back a page to check a number, did not make a change, but when I continued my taxes went up $3000 without explanation.

Turbota has failed regarding the Foreign Tax payed Credit for 6 years, And your staff has no idea of how to solve it. For a novel idea, why don't you just correct the programming error. Each year several hours wasted with your staff!

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
