Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not A Good Experience In the 20 plus years I have used Turbo Tax, this was the absolute worst. I found the electronic forms repetitive. The same information was asked for several times. I know the Feds and DOR have all my information. i just felt unsafe and at the same time intrusive. To make it worse, you won't accept because my "nickname is one character too short"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is worth the money Turbotax is definitely worth the investment. It for sure saves time over doing it on your own manually and it's less expensive that using a tax professional.

Four out of Five stars for not providing more resources for understanding work types and classifications (salaried, part time, freelance, business owner), and for beating you over the head with upcharge offers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible TurboTax was horrible this year. Tons of bugs. I keep seeing a bunch of jumbled numbers in my refund due amount. My DC non-resident state tax form is missing from my downloaded documents. I was asked to pre-pay for 2023 in quarterly installments in error (I'm a W-2 employee who pays way more every year than is owed). Terrible terrible terrible
