Rated 1 out of 5 by from Kind of a Scam with the premium charge I'm upset that it prompted me to sign up for turbo tax premium and pay an extra $119 even though my deductions where not enough to itemize. I thought the premium was supposed to help me with that and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for that because it made no difference on my taxes where I had to deduct the standard amount regardless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live help was excellent My rep was very knowledgeable and patient. We talked by phone. He showed me how to efile my form 1310 along with my 1040. He also showed me how to download my finalized return so I can print it out. Really good asset to your company!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is simpl, resourceful and plain awesome Turbo Taxes very clean interface was a snap to u se and with the resources and examples broken down in the expenses section i was able to get the best refund. Sylvia from support was able to help me out of a jam at the very end within 5 minutes. You rock!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but don't appreciate hidden fees They make it seem like you know what you're paying upfront, but when I got to the very end they asked if I wanted to file my state and federal together. If so, it would be an additional $54. Otherwise they would only file my federal without my state. Who is only filing their federal?! Very unhappy about the sneaky way to show the real price of the software.
