Rated 1 out of 5 by from Masters of the upsell using the ignorance of reps Kept telling me there was a form 'reguired" to complet my taxes but did not say what the form was or how to access it. Two diffferent phone reps could not anser the question after over an hour on the phone wiht them. Finally got told I would need ot "upgrade" for and addtional $99 to get an answer. Also, both told me there would be a survey after the call. Neither provided the survey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge Weight Lifted off my Shoulders This is my first time "filing" my own taxes, but I chose the assisted route because I needed someone to hold my hand while I did this. I was so stressed about doing this for months. I normally pay a CPA to do my taxes for me but they're getting so expensive, so I decided to try myself. I mean, I spend hours filling out the tax organizer (doing the work for them) and still charge me over $700. Anyway, Assata T. was my live chat expert and she helped me so much. I knew mostly what I was doing but needed reassurance. Assata was patient with me as I reviewed past tax returns to figure out why my refund was so little. We figured it out, and I am happy with the refund I am getting now.
