Rated 4 out of 5 by from It gets the job done. Interview questions are sometimes in a non-intuitive sequence leading to some "re-work" as items are filled in. Otherwise, it does a nice job of guiding user through the drudgery of tax filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not thrilled Honestly, this years version is terrible. It was much easier to use last year. For example...I run all the checks and its fine, no flags and, I pay for the return and then Turbo tax flags an error and tells me if I can't fix it I have to mail it in. Not what I want or need after hours of tax work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a Great Experience The program crashed on me several times making it so I had to re-enter my info each time. By the time I got through everything, I wasn't able to submit electronically. I had to mail my forms in, there was no getting around it. Very unpleasant experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More expensive every year - While it has gotten slightly easier to complete the tax process through turbo tax, it gets more expensive every year. At this point it seems to make more sense to drop it off at an accountant.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Complete! Have been using TT for more than 3 decades. This year, due to some special circumstances, I needed help. I used the Full Service product, and was very pleasantly surprised. It took less time than when I did it myself, and I was easy.
