Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome and easy TurboTax was quick and easy even though I have not done my own taxes with this service in a few years they easily found my information. It was easy to load in my 1099s.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from problem with filing Although TurboTax prompted me to transmit and I received confirmation 2 separate times, there was no confirmation email from IRS and when I checked back within 48 hrs using TurboTax, it said my taxes had not been filed. I did this twice and just tried sending a 3rd time -- hope this works. No emails in junk mail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax continues to improve As usual I appreciate TT (turbotax) help to cut through the tax code and filing process. I feel it was an improved tool over last year with some of the Q&A format. It also still has some confusing 'income entry' repeats, even after downloading from Institutions, such as TDAmeritrade. It will list as an income input TDAmeritrade once or twice with 'Needs Review', even though the latest year has downloaded. I seem to have to relearn which to delete every year Vs going down the rabbit hole of 1) reviewing and then 2) it asks me to download again. Not sure if that's a flaw, or I'm going something wrong while making my initial entries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go to is Turbo Tax I am mostly satisfied with Turbo Tax Premier since it calculates my tax info very well. HOWEVER, my complaint is that when it finds a fault it is very difficult to find a description of the reason for the fault and I spend much time searching IRS files for an explanation. Referring to a specific IRS booklet would be wonderful. Still a long term client!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating email confirmation I had to try multiple times to have my email verified through Turbo Tax. I eventually figured out that I needed to update all of my information through Intuit in order to get that verification to file my taxes. It would be helpful if that advice was given on the page saying I needed to verify my email.
