Rated 3 out of 5 by from Many issues with the program this year This year the program was much less intuitive and I had an issue with it thinking I had an HSA and I didn't, and it was next to impossible to get it fixed and from the community help page, it was a common problem this year. Very frustrating to pay so much and have to argue with the program

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Incorrect state filing status was recommended Turbo recommended the wrong state filing status optiont. I changed the status and received a larger refund. Someone needs to review the logic built into Turbotax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I will use something else next year I have used turbo tax for many years. The main reason I keep using it is because it copies info from my last years return. This year copying from last year was the problem. It included all the forms and worksheets created last year. But my situation has changed, it took a couple hours figuring which forms I no longer needed to manually delete them. So I paid $70 for software that didn't save me time and $25 to efile a state return for $0.
