Rated 5 out of 5 by from Guided me through the bushes! This iteration of the program is the best so far. Even though I wasn't sure how to enter some of my information, the questions and prompts guided me in a very understandable and efficient manner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as easy to navigate as in years past Very difficult to get back to form or detailed info if you need to make changes. Price increase for a more difficult product. I will probably switch next year. Review shows details that shouldn’t have even been included (such as use of my vehicle to serve a rental property) but when seeing it in the review document, there’s no way to change it in the document and I had to go back to the beginning to make changes (which did not include a way to remove the vehicle from my rental expenses) Altogether a frustrated experience for which the answer is “say mister, you need to upgrade to the Max). Anyway, I got it done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from If I could find something better .... TTax misses a number of simple things. One example: They push you to pay for electronic filing the state tax but if you chose not to they don't return to it directly to print out what I need to send it. I have to do it manually. Some of the information retrieved from my broker didn't translate this year such as foreign payments/taxes. It worked last year though. I had to track it down. The same for misc expenses. It worked last year. If I choose not to answer the initial marketing questions they ask every time I log in regardless. If I work on my taxes for awhile then stop, close TTax and come back several days later, it starts out at the very beginning and not where I left off. (How hard is that?) Although generally good at their simple info-box information, some that I required were not there even though, when I found it, it only required a sentence or two for me to know what it was.
