The program was very easy to get through, however, with all of the fees they charge, it ended up costing more than my accountant would have. But, by the time I realized this, she was too busy to take my information.

This is the first time I ran into technical problems. The transfer of data from my financial institution went badly but the response from your online technical help was quick and friendly. I was surprised with the problems I had with my browser that I have used for many years. I will stick with you!

If you have a simple tax return, you can file for free yourself with TurboTax Free Edition, or you can file with TurboTax Live Assisted Basic or TurboTax Live Full Service Basic at the listed price.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
