Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good Overall Turbo Tax is easy to use. I had an issue with the window size of the screen used to enter information to pay for submitting state returns. The window is larger than my screen and does not have a scroll bar at the side. The bottom part of the window for entering your personal information (as a guest) is not visible on the screen and there is no easy way to scroll to the bottom. It took me 10 minutes to position the window on my screen in such a way that I could see the bottom of the window to click on the continue button

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating experience at the end... At the very end of the filing, it turned out I had to download the newest version and nothing would work after that. It was impossible to reach support help, and then at the end I had to sign into INTUIT and pay an additional $25. For what? It never said. So so frustrating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax a bit confusing but numbers correct. The new format is confusing, but the numbers are correct. A person has to take time to fill in all the boxes and read all the information on each page to get all the explanations of where to go next. Product changes every year so it gets more technical and is starting to be more confusing at times. I'm not technically inclined so I do get lost at times and have to ask the experts for some help. I have less to fill out and have to get an explanation to fill in less information. I guess I'm just getting older and the program is getting more sophisticated for my dinosaur mind to keep up with. Oh well, see you again next year. Thankyou Jenae for your youthful help and expertise You deserve a 10 stars for getting me through the so called simple TAX RETURN. you are the bomb woman. 10 - 10 - 10 STARS for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Customer Service The experience with Turbo Tax this year was horrible! Spent more than two hours with two different "tax agents" which they did not have clue how to respond a single question. (How to close a simple and easy side business). I kept asking to be transferred to a CPA or tax agent expert and they rejected to transfer my calls as their manager did not approve even when upgraded the service to reach a CPA. The manager and the agents were looking for the answers in google. Something I could do myself. And they did not even know where to find basic information in Turbo Tax program. The third agent hung up on me when asked to be transfer to a CPA. That was unacceptable.
