Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo T is useful, however not improving over time Like others, i have used Turbo tax for about a decade. It used to be my goto product for taxes, however, despite charging more, it has not grown it's native intelligence over time. It has not kept up with improvements in enhanced intelligent AI leaning SW modes. Often i run into errors that it knows nothing about and i have to rely on the community or Google to solve.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitchy There were a lot of glitches especially when it came to adding my CC number to pay for Turbo Tax. It also tried to close when I entered my state. For filling out the state income tax it didn't have any explanations on what some of the deductions were. I had to look it up elsewhere.

We've tried using other DIY tax software, but none compare to Turbo Tax's way of guiding you through the process. The verbiage Turbo Tax uses is down-to-earth, everyday, normal-person language. As life changes, it can be scary to file your taxes. Yet even the most obscure (to us) tax form Turbo Tax has been familiar with. It's like a good friend putting you at ease saying, ''Oh, yeah... no worries; I know about [this form] - I got you covered! We'll walk through this together."
