Rated 5 out of 5 by from All for the customer service TurboTax has consistently provided excellent customer service each and every time we've reached out to them. Honestly probably some of the best customer service I've experience out of any company. I've filed using turbo tax for a number of years and intend to continue due to the ease of use (as easy as taxes can be) and their customer service. Thank you for your very friendly and knowledgeable CPAs who have been happy to assist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax never disappoints! I'm going to be honest, doing taxes isn't my all time favorite thing to do but its important and necessary and part of being an adult! I've used both H&R Block and Turbo Tax services and both are very good and helpful but I may return to an in person tax assistant or an accountant in the future, depending on the circumstances in my future. I'm going to go back to school in the future and continue on with my schooling and education to finish my bachelor's of science degree in chemistry with a minor in computer science. I eventually want to get my PhD in chemistry or chemical engineering and teach and do research someday. So, my taxes might get pretty complicated in the future but only time will tell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love Turbotax Turbotax has always been easy to use and helped me get my taxes done most efficiently. I have one minor beef. This year if you have to quit the program midway it is difficult to get back to your half finished document. Turbotax seems to default to starting fresh and asking you to buy the product even though you have signed in. I have repeatedly had to search around as to opening my earlier file. Overall: A superb product.
