When signing in I was prompted to have live assistance and was not give any other options. I typically use the basic turbo tax and I feel that I was deceived into choosing an option where I didn't even use all of the features. I will be submitting a claim to the FTC about this matter.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
