Great source of information and very knowledgeable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing! Andy was amazing, answered all of our questions, and took the time to ensure that the return was filed correctly. I did not know how to file crypto taxes properly, so the fact that she was able to explain what forms and files were needed was a major plus!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Good - but why the big $$$ to file? I like using the app - they essentially have the corner on the market. We have to file, so when it was around $50-80 to file for both Fed and State seemed reasonable -- now it's $180 to file both -- WHY?? Disappointed, especially with paying more to file in my state than what I'll get back. Stinks.
